Delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on your pincode. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer.
Tracking: You will receive your tracking link via SMS once the order is shipped.
Order confirmation: For Cash on Delivery orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
Address changes: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video (start recording before opening the sealed parcel).
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed — the video is our only way to verify transit damage.
For hygiene reasons, used products without a damage/defect issue are not eligible for return.
